马志明，1963 出生于江西南昌，1986 毕业于江西师范大学美术系，获文学学士学位。1993 毕业于西安美术学院油画系，获艺术学硕士学位，现为中国美术家协会会员，中国油画学会理事，俄罗斯圣彼得堡美术家协会终身荣誉会员，江西师范大学美术学院教授，江西省美术家协会副主席。
