全球范围内征选 100 名书画名家将其相关资料及作品，邀请相关人员组成评选小组进行审定，最后审定出 33 名赴法参展人员。

宋学忠， 男，1962 年出生，吉林省公主岭市人。

现为吉林省美术家协会会员，中国美术院艺委会理事，齐白石画院应约画家。中国华夏万里行书画家协会会员。

自幼酷爱丹青，呕心临摹历代名家作品，毕业于中国书画函授大学，后进修于吉林省艺术学院，潜心研究传统绘画与现代绘画名家作品，无所不师，无所必师，博采众长，取其精华，逐步形成自己的绘画风格，作品多次参加市、省、和国家级画展并多次获奖，部分作品被各界人士收藏并出版。同时也被艺委员授予“优秀人民艺术家”荣誉称号。

Song Xuezhong, male, born in 1962, is fromGongzhuling City, Jilin Province.

I am currently a member of the Jilin ArtistsAssociation, a member of the Art Committee of theChina Academy of Art, and a contracted artist atthe Qi Baishi Painting Academy. Member of theChina Huaxia Wanli Xingshu Artists Association.

Since childhood, he loved painting andpainstakingly copied the works of famous paintersof all ages. He graduated from the ChineseCalligraphy and Painting CorrespondenceUniversity, and later studied in Jilin Academy ofArts. He devoted himself to studying the works offamous traditional and modern painters. Helearned everything from others, learned fromother'strengths, and gradually formed his ownpainting style. His works have participated inmunicipal, provincial, and national artexhibitions for many times and won many awards.Some of his works have been collected andpublished by people from all walks of life. At thesame time, he was also awarded the honorary titleof "Outstanding People's Artist" by the artcommittee.
