自从有了IT,人类社会的发展真的是日新月异，让人应接不暇。随着第四次工业革命的到来，我们的生活的方方面面正在发生着翻天覆地的变化。我们最熟悉的网上购物，外卖，网约车已经伸入到了世界的各个角落，极大地方便了我们的生活，无人驾驶，智能穿戴，人工智能的发展，将大大改变人类文明的进程。这一变革不仅仅是科技方面的，同时也将深刻地影响着人们的思想观念，生活方式等方面。
想象一下，不远的将来，我们的生活是这样的：生活必需品都是网上购物，送货上门，不想做饭，就订外卖，也是送货上门。即便是做饭，也是预制菜，加热一下，就是一顿饭；生病了，远程网络门诊看病，需要的药物也是送货上门；想学习，可以打开电脑，通过网络远程学习；可能就连扔垃圾，也许都可以无人机运送下楼，等等，这样的情景数不胜数。也许将来我们的生活就是这样，基本上不需要和人打交道，家里有台电脑和智能手机就能搞定一切，而人和人的联系会越来越少。这是我们将来需要的生活吗？这样的生活会给我们带来什么样的影响呢？
下面这个英文故事，我翻译成了中文。通过这个小故事，也许我们能得到一些启发。
I spent an hour in the bank with my dad, as he had to transfer some money. I couldn’t resist myself and asked, “Dad, why don’t we activate your internet banking?”
我陪父亲在银行待了一个小时，陪他在银行转了一笔钱。我忍不住问他：“爸爸，我们为什么不开通你的网上银行账户呢?”
“Why would I do that?” he asked.
"我为什么要那样做？”他问。
“Well, then you won’t have to spend an hour here for things like transfer. You can even do your shopping online. Everything will be so easy!” I was so excited about initiating him into the world of net banking.
我很激动地提议他开通网络银行业务，说道：“这样多好，你就不需要花费一个小时在银行转账了，甚至你还可以在网上购物。所有的事情都会变得简单”！
He asked, “If I do that, I won’t have to step out of the house?”
他问道：“如果我那样做了，那么我就不用走出房间了”？
“Yes, yes!” I said. I told him how even grocery can be delivered at door now and how amazon delivers everything!
“是的，是的！” 我说。我告诉他各种所需的物品都可以送货上门，亚马逊可以把所有的货物送达。
His answer left me tongue-tied.He said, “Since I entered this bank today, I have met four of my friends, I have chatted a while with the staff who know me very well by now. You know I am alone, and this is the company that I need.”
然而他的回答让我瞠目结舌。他说：“我今天走进了银行，我遇到了我四个朋友。我和一个非常了解我的工作人员聊了一会儿，这是我所需要的”。
He continued, “I like to get ready and come to the bank. I have enough time, it is the physical touch that I crave. Two years back I got sick, the store owner from whom I buy fruits, came to see me and sat by my bedside and cried. When your mom fell down few days back while on her morning walk. Our local grocer saw her and immediately got his car to rush her home as he knows where I live. Would I have that human touch, if everything became online?”
他继续说道：“我喜欢准备好了来到银行，我有足够多的时间, 这是我渴望的身体接触。两年前，我生病了，是我经常买水果的店主来看望我的，他还在我的床边哭了。前些日子，你的妈妈在晨练的时候摔倒了，是附近的杂货店老板看到了她，并且立即用车把你的妈妈送回了家，因为这个老板知道我们的住址。如果所有的交易都在网上进行，我还会有这样有人情味儿的接触吗”？
He was a little bit emotional, and said loudly, “Why would I want everything delivered to me and force me to interact with just my computer? I like to know the person that I’m dealing with and not just the seller. It creates bonds of relationship. Does Amazon deliver all this as well?”
他有些激动，大声地说：“为什么要让我和一台电脑互动？为什么要把所买的物品给我送上门？我喜欢和卖给我东西的人打交道，而不仅仅”是个卖家。打交道可以让人和人产生联系。亚马逊也能快递这些吗”？
Technology isn’t life. Spend time with people, not with devices.
科技带来方便，但是科技没有和人一样的情感。多和人相处，而不是各种设备，才能获得人与人之间的人情味儿。
就拿我们吃饭来说，制作美食的过程和享受各种美食同样重要。在科技加持下，日益便捷的生活中，多与人打交道，在人与人的互动中，情感的互动和升华的过程弥显珍贵，老百姓过日子就是要这样的人情味儿。
