寒露是二十四节气的第十七个节气，也是秋季的第五个节气。每年10月7日至9日之间，太阳到达黄经195°时便为寒露。
The Cold Dew (Chinese:寒露) is the 17th solar term of the year and the fifth one of autumn. Every year, when the sun reaches 195°celestial longitude, around October 7th to 9th, the Cold Dew period starts.
寒露被认为是气候变化的一个转折点，进入寒露，北回归线上附近的天气逐渐转凉，昼夜温差变大。人生中亦有数不清的起起伏伏，当挫折来临之时，在迂回的山路中朝着希望勇敢前进，必会迎来柳暗花明之时。
This solar term is seen as a turning point in the weather. After entering the Cold Dew, the weather gradually turns cool in the areas around the Tropic of Cancer, with the temperature difference between day and night growing larger. The same can be said for life. Despite all the setbacks we meet, just face the challenges and frustration bravely, and there will be light at the end of the tunnel.
