瑞再自2012年就开始参与中国发展高层论坛（CDF）这一盛会，并见证了其在中国经济腾飞过程中与日俱增、日益重要的影响力。
安博思认为，当今世界面临各种复杂的挑战，深化全球合作与开展建设性对话，对于有效应对各种挑战并确保共同繁荣的未来至关重要。中国正在致力于推动高质量发展，重点包括绿色转型、技术变革和民生改善等领域，保险业可以在其中发挥重要作用。
安博思表示，中国是世界上最具活力的经济体之一，瑞再与中国有着90多年的商业合作历程，未来也将期待进一步加强对话交流协作，共同面对未知的机遇与挑战。

尊敬的女士们，先生们，首先我在瑞士向各位致以诚挚的问候！我本人很高兴将首次参加中国发展高层论坛（CDF）。尤其令人兴奋的是，今年恰逢论坛25周年，在此向CDF表示热烈的祝贺！
瑞再自2012年就开始参与CDF这一盛会，并见证了其在中国经济腾飞过程中与日俱增、日益重要的影响力。当今世界面临各种复杂的挑战，如地缘政治紧张、碎片化的经济增长、极端天气和自然灾害等。包括AI在内的科技的飞速发展，在带来巨大机遇的同时，也带来了不确定性和新的风险。我们需要更加紧密地合作，以应对所有的挑战。因此，全球合作与建设性的对话，对于解决各种问题并确保共同繁荣的未来至关重要。这也进一步彰显了CDF作为一个领先的交流平台，通过推动开放而深入地分享与辩论所发挥的重要作用。
中国正在致力于推动高质量发展，重点发展领域包括绿色转型、技术变革和民生改善等。接下来，我将就相关话题分享一些自己的看法。
在全球气候变化的影响日益加剧的背景下，中国在绿色经济领域取得了巨大进步。目前，中国在可再生能源领域，尤其是在太阳能和风能行业，是全球的一支主要力量。中国正在推动工业和消费活动绿色转型，同时缓解自然灾害日益增加的影响。在这个过程中，保险业通过风险管理和风险转移，提升了各个行业的适应能力及韧性，发挥了重要作用。
中国越来越重视技术发展和创新，在科学、研究和开发领域的投资也不断增加。这同时又推高了知识产权、技术和人力资本等无形资产的经济价值。保险作为整个价值链不可或缺的一环，既缓解了创新带来的潜在风险，也为技术变革提供了保障。
与许多其他国家一样，中国也正在经历人口结构变化，因此需要更加注重能够满足人口老龄化需求的基础设施、全面退休后的风险保护和经济支持、医疗保健服务和量身定制的消费产品。瑞再认识到了这一迫切需求，一直致力于同中国客户及合作伙伴密切合作，通过量身定制的再保险解决方案来弥补保障缺口。
中国是世界上最具活力的经济体之一，对瑞再具有重要的战略意义。瑞再的愿景、专长和发展战略与中国的高质量发展和共同繁荣高度契合。我很自豪地说，瑞再与中国超过90年的商业合作历久弥坚，不断加强，充分体现了合作精神以及我们对中国的坚定承诺。瑞再非常感谢来自中国监管机构、客户、合作伙伴、CDF秘书处等利益相关方，还有我们的员工以及在中国开展业务的社区给予我们的所有支持与合作。我本人也非常期待在今年的CDF上与各位交流想法，相互启迪。

SwissRehasbeenpartofthisprestigiouseventsince2012andhaswitnessedtheCDF‘sgrowinginfluenceinChina’sdynamiceconomicdevelopment，arolethathasneverbeenmoreimportant．Today，wearelivinginaworldthatfacesanever-growingrangeofcomplexchallengesfromincreasedgeopoliticaltensions，fragmentedeconomicgrowth，torisingrisksofextremeweatherandnaturalcatastrophestonamebutafew．TherapiddevelopmentoftechnologiessuchasAIoffertremendousopportunitiesbutalsocomewithuncertaintiesandrisks．Theseandmanyotherchallengesrequireustoworkevenmorecloselytogether．Assuch，globalcollaborationandconstructivedialogueareevenmorevitaltonavigateissuesandensureasharedprosperousfuture，andthisunderscorestheimportanceoftheCDFasaleadingplatformtofacilitateopenandin-depthsharinganddebate．
Chinaistransitioningfromrapidgrowthtoaphaseofhigh-qualitydevelopmentwithafocusonthegreentransition，technologicaltransformation，andtheimprovementofpeople‘slivelihoods，andIamhappytosharemyviewsonthesesignificanttopics．
Againstthebackdropoftheintensifyingimpactsofglobalclimatechange，Chinahasmadegreatprogresstowardsagreeneconomy．Itisnowamajorforceworldwideintermsofrenewableenergy，notablyinthesolarandwindpowerindustries．Itisdrivingforwardthegreentransitionofindustrialandconsumeractivitieswhilemitigatingtheincreasingimpactofnaturaldisasters．Theinsuranceindustryisalsoplayingitspartbyenablingsuchadaptationthroughthemanagementandtransferofrisksonthatjourney．
TheincreasingimportanceoftechnologicaldevelopmentandinnovationinChinahasledtogrowinginvestmentinscience，researchanddevelopment．Inturn，thisisdrivinguptheeconomicvalueofintangibleassetssuchasintellectualproperty，technology，andhumancapital．Insuranceservesasanintegralpartofthisprocessbymitigatingpotentialrisksarisingfrominnovationandsafeguardingtechnologytransformation．
China，likemanyothercountries，isalsoundergoingdemographicchangeswhichcallforagreaterfocusoninfrastructurethatmeetstheneedsofanageingpopulation，comprehensivepost-retirementriskprotectionandfinancialsupport，healthcareservices，andtailoredconsumerproducts．Recognizingthispressingneed，atSwissRewearecommittedtoworkingcloselywithourChineseclientsandpartnerstocloseprotectiongapsthroughourbespokereinsurancesolutions．
Asoneofthemostdynamiceconomiesintheworld，ChinaisofgreatstrategicimportancetoSwissRe．Ourvision，expertiseandambitionarewellalignedwithChina‘sfocusonhigh-qualitydevelopmentandsharedprosperity．IamproudtosaythatSwissRe’sclosebusinesstieswithChinastartedover90yearsagoandhaveonlystrengthenedovertheyears．ThisenduringrelationshipstandsasatestamenttoourcollaborativespiritandunwaveringcommitmenttoChina.Wearedeeplygratefulforallthesupportandcooperationfromtheregulators，ourclients，partners，stakeholderssuchasCDFSecretariat，andofcourseouremployeesaswellasthegreatcommunitiesinwhichweoperateinChina．Atthisyear‘sCDFIamverymuchlookingforwardtomeetingmanyofyoutoexchangeideasandinspireeachother．
