冯汉民，中国当代著名画家，世界圣火文艺奖得主，世界圣火文艺勋章获得者，笔名“静轩”，斋号“静轩斋主”。现任世界文艺界杰出文艺家联合会中国河北省副主席，分管书画委员会工作。2023年荣获中国非遗传承大师，由央视CCTV智慧中国栏目组颁发龙头玉玺。冯汉民先生自幼酷爱书画艺术，后在深圳经名画家和河北省美协协会会员谢强老师指教传授画技，取得优秀奖和金奖。中国美协会员，国际一级书法（书画）美术师，人民美术报社理事会副主席，南宫市夕阳红联谊会理事，南宫市老年书画研究会会员，南宫市书法家会员，南宫市美协理事，南宫市文学艺术界联合会
