日前，郭方先生（Robert Guo）正式担任厦门集美海景皇冠假日酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店运营和管理工作。
Mr. Robert Guo officially assumed the role of General Manager at Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei Seaview on January 6, 2025, where he will oversee the hotel’s overall operations and management.
郭方 先生
郭方先生在酒店行业拥有超过26年的从业和管理经验。他的职业生涯始于希尔顿酒店和万豪酒店的销售部。2010年，郭方先生加入洲际酒店集团（IHG），担任厦门磐基皇冠假日酒店市场销售总监，并于2014年晋升为行政副经理，他以自己出色的管理能力带领团队不断地推动卓越的业绩表现。2019年，出任芜湖华邑酒店总经理，在酒店开业不到一年内成功实现正向毛利润。
Mr. Robert Guo has been in the hotel industry for more than 26 years. His career started with Hilton and then Marriot as Corporate Sales. He joined IHG as Director of Sales and Marketing for Crowne Plaza Xiamen Paragon in 2010 and has been promoted to Executive Assisting Manager in 2014. He worked closely with the hotel’s General Manager and his team to drive superior performance. He became the General Manager for HUALUXE Wuhu in 2019 and successfully made the hotel achieved positive GOP after opened not more than 1 year.
在此次任命之前，自2022年4月起，郭方先生担任厦门海沧融信海景华邑酒店总经理。在他的领导下，酒店于2023年达成了9项Winning Metrics中的满分成绩，并在海沧区总收入排名中位列第一。凭借卓越的业绩，郭方先生还获得了海沧区政府颁发的收入贡献奖。
Prior to this new appointment, Mr. Robert Guo has taken the role as General Manager at HUALUXE Xiamen Haicang since April 2022. The hotel scored 9 out of 10 Winning Metrics in 2023 under his leadership and achieved top one hotel in total revenue in Haicang District, and He has been awarded by Haicang District Government for excellent revenue generation.
