李忠祥、男、1964年1月12日出生。1985年考入沈阳鲁迅美术学院。1990年分配到北京农业部，农业出版社美术编辑工作。2002至2004沈阳鲁迅美术学院研究生学习。2011至2017年先后在俄罗斯苏里科夫美院学习。世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长。吉林省油画学会副主席。北京中国写意油画院院务委员。写生中国主席。
Li Zhongxiang, male, born on January 12, 1964. In 1985, he admitted to the Shenyang Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts. In 1990, he was assigned to the Agricultural Press of the Ministry of Agriculture Beijing, where he worked as an art editor. From 2002 to 2004, he pursued graduate studies at the Shenyang Lu X Academy of Fine Arts. From 2011 to 2017, he studied at the Surikov Academy of Fine Arts in Russia. He the Vice President of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, the Vice Chairman of the Jilin Province Oil Painting Society, a member of the Beijing Chinese Free Oil Painting Academy, and the Chairman of the Sketching China organization.
