何秦先，字先名，1947年4月生，江西省九江市人。曾任过九江市书画院书法教师和高中教师。现获德艺双馨“人民艺术家”荣誉称号（证书编号：20211119022）。现为国家一级书法师（编号：lCA一S一1067）；中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院会员（编号：SM5099）；江西省书法家协会会员（编号：200033）。曾临习过一些金文、碑文和历代名家名帖，尤善行、草及榜书。创作时注重綫条的空间造型，将雄强与柔美有机融合。2020年6月，作品入选《中国艺术名家邮票珍藏册》，印制的书法作品邮票，在美国、比利时、法国等欧洲国家发行，为的是纪念中国抗日战争胜利75周年。2020年8月，其书法作品通过有关文艺机构的专家、学者考核测评合格，后又经全国艺术家查询中心核准，被授于“国家一级书法师”。2021年1月23日，《翰墨国韵，大国崛起，重点推荐艺术名家一何秦先》，被中央电视台、鳯凰台、今日头条、腾讯、搜狐、百度、網易、笔尖上的中国韵等传媒同日推荐报导。2021年2月25日，《时代楷模大国风范“两会”推荐艺术名家一何秦先、孙晓云》，被中华网、搜狐、腾讯等多家媒体报导。2021年10月27日，《跨国文化传播视界一2021年度国家艺术形象代表人物何秦先》，被＂时代周刋＂向国内外报导。2021年11月19日，由中国书法家协会、中国美术家协会、中国人民书画艺术研究院、中国文化艺术人才管理中心、中国华夏国墨书画院等领导通过审核后批准，特授予德艺双馨“人民艺术家”荣誉称号。
He Qinxian was born in April 1947 in Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. He used to be a calligraphy teacher in Jiujiang Calligraphy and Painting Academy and a high school teacher. Now he has won the honorary title of "People's Artist" (Certificate No. : 20211119022). He is now a national first-class calligrapher (no. : lCA - S - 1067).
