根据中泰免签协定，入境对方国家从事工作、学习等须事先批准的活动须在入境前办妥相应签证。如系免签入境，请勿在泰从事非法务工等与免签规定不相符的活动。来泰中国同胞在泰期间如人身安全和合法权益受到侵害，请及时报警，也可由在泰亲友或委托他人报警，并联系中国驻泰使领馆寻求协助。
The Chinese Embassy in Thailand reminds Chinese citizens traveling to Thailand to be vigilant against "high-paying job" scams. Do not trust false promises such as "high-paying jobs," "free airfare and accommodation," to avoid being deceived.
According to the China-Thailand visa-free agreement, activities requiring prior approval, such as working or studying in the other country, must be undertaken with the appropriate visa obtained before entry. For those entering under the visa-free policy, refrain from engaging in illegal work or activities that violate the regulations of visa-free entry.
