李洪涛先生，1947年生于中国大连市，现任美国兰多夫梅肯学院名誉教授、欧洲国际东方美术研究院荣誉院士、日本国际美术协会顾问、美国中美文化交流协会高级艺术顾问、美国人民大使协会高级艺术顾问，被评为2011年美国华盛顿十大华府人物。
