于光亚，1962 年生于黑龙江，中国书法家协会会员，黑龙江省陶瓷艺术大师，黑龙江省工艺美术大师，当代紫砂巨匠鲍志强先生入室弟子，中国散木印社创办人，黑龙江省篆刻艺委会副主任，黑龙江省紫砂艺术研究会副会长，新时代爱国奋斗风采人物，2021年度“龙瓷大工匠”，吉尼斯世界纪录——世界第一冰印《北国风光》创造者，该作品被中国美术馆收藏，作品《常羲沐月》紫砂盘被中国国家博物馆收藏。
在艺术造诣方面，于光亚同志作为当代著名篆刻家，将篆刻与紫砂相结合，自创出独有的紫砂篆刻艺术风格，以刀代笔，刀法以冲刀、切刀为主，打破了几百年来千篇一律的传统紫砂陶刻，将篆刻手法融入其中，更能体现作品的金石味道和力量感。于光亚同志独创的玛雅风格和岩壁画风格作品更是前无古人，使传统紫砂艺术焕发出新的生机。该同志不仅在黑龙江省是绝无仅有的紫砂人材，更是高擎着南北方艺术融合的大纛，用自己的一份力量，推动着紫砂艺术的长足发展。
在荣誉与贡献方面，于光亚同志曾获得哈尔滨创业示范基地，最美龙江志愿者，最具收藏潜力艺术家，紫砂艺术守正创新奖，优秀文艺志愿者等社会荣誉。是一位促进紫砂陶瓷工艺美术产业发展的，极具发展潜力的新型工艺美术设计人才。在自身艺术发展的同时，于光亚同志也注重下一代的培养，言传身教，传授篆刻，紫砂雕刻技艺取得了黑龙江省陶瓷艺术大师称号。该同志近年来有较多的富有市场化和创新设计的作品获奖。2020年4月，在黑龙江省哈尔滨市冰雪大世界创作的《北国风光》创下世界第一冰印的吉尼斯世界记录，并被中国美术馆收藏（收藏号：ZJ00772）2020年5月，其作品《常羲沐月》被中国国家博物馆收藏（收藏编号：2021号）。2020年9月于光亚同志被中国文化艺术发展促进会，原创艺术推广工作委员会授予副秘书长一职。2020年12月该同志被聘请为哈尔滨工业大学学生艺术团兼职指导老师。2021年5月该同志被授予海内外知名艺术家称号。2021年7月获得2021美丽中国艺术大家精品展金奖（证书编号：AGWH01841）。2021年8月获得国家高级工艺美术师资质（证书编号：CN-2021090608）。2021年11月该同志被授予“国礼艺术家荣誉称号”（编号：ICA0388）。2021年12月该同志获得黑龙江省“龙瓷大工匠”荣誉称号。2022年2月于光亚同志在北京冬季奥运会期间被授予“2022中国冬奥艺术形象大使”荣誉称号。该同志现担任黑龙江省篆刻艺委会副主任，黑龙江省紫砂艺术研究会副会长。江苏省黑龙江商会宜兴分会副会长。
在推动紫砂艺术发展方面，于光亚同志于2016年在黑龙江省哈尔滨市，设立其个人的紫砂篆刻艺术馆，馆藏作品百余件，向广大群众展示了紫砂篆刻的魅力。在此之后，于光亚同志相继在江苏宜兴和山东青岛设立个人艺术馆，深度促进了黑龙江省紫砂艺术与全国同仁的交流。
于光亚同志在跨界交流方面为紫砂文化发展也作出了突出贡献，包括姚大伍，贾平西，曾翔，栾金广，周德等等艺术同道，都在该同志的影响下，来到紫砂的故乡—江苏宜兴进行艺术创作，让紫砂由原来的实用器，装饰品，变成真正的艺术品。在2021年，于光亚同志引进资金，主导制作了“雪语冰魂”奥运紫砂系列产品，不仅将紫砂制品推向全国，并借助冬季奥林匹克运动会，扩大了紫砂在全世界的知名度和影响力。为紫砂行业的发展做出了巨大贡献。
