PACCLINIC HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT LIMITED, an international hospital management company with Israeli background, has been quietly settled in The China-Israel Innovation Hub (Shanghai) since July 2019. Located in lane 111 of Qilian Shan Road, The China-Israel Innovation Hub (Shanghai) is located on the site of the former Hero Golden Pen Factory. It is an important part of the China-Israel Innovation Cooperation Action Plan (2018-2021) signed by China and Israel government in 2018, and also a key task of the Shanghai Municipal Government in 2019. The first companies to enter were pure Israeli companies.
