道金平，1966年9月出生。毕业于西北师范大学美术系中国画专业。研修于中国艺术研究院研究生院研究生课程班郭怡孮花鸟艺术工作室及中国热带雨林艺术研究院。擅长书法、花鸟。甘肃省政协庆阳市第二、三、五届委员会委员。现就职于甘肃省庆阳市环县图书馆，副研究员职称。现为：世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长、中国文联书画艺术交流中心顾问、中国东方文化研究会艺术研究员、中国传统文化促进会会员、央媒文化组委会艺术顾问、央广文旅文化形象交流大使、中国服务贸易协会国际交流委员会第一届副秘书长、中央艺术名家书画院副院长、中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会副秘书长、中国楹联学会会员、国家高级美术师，甘肃文学艺术界联合会美术家协会会员、中国画艺委会委员。多年从事教育和参与环县道情皮影戏普查、保护与研究工作，参与编辑出版了《环县道情皮影志》、《环县道情皮影》图文书等著作。200多幅书画作品在《中华英才》、《祖国》、《文化月刊》、《读者》、《荣宝斋》、《美中时报》、《时代周刊》、《真理报》、《环球网》、《中国网》、《中外文化交流》、《世界知识画报》、《全球商业经典》、《中国艺术名家海外媒体展播》工程等国际国内媒体及核心期刊发表展播；出版有 《一代巨匠》、《艺无止境》等个人作品专集多种。其作品被阿尔巴尼亚、马里、几内亚、摩洛哥、荷兰、喀麦隆等多国驻华大使馆收藏。2021年10 月《百年复兴文化典范—中国艺术名家道金平》港澳邮票全球首发；2022年，中央电视台，cctv《艺术名家》栏目组、cctv《艺术传承》栏目组授予“道金平中国书画创作基地”铜牌；2023年6月，其本人作品《五色交辉》参加阿联酋文化艺术交流展；同年10月，中国服务贸易协会国际交流委员会授予“国际文化交流卓越艺术使节”称号；同年12月，全球外交官迎新晚宴年会上，被授予“国际文化交流艺术之星”奖；2024年1月，作品《黄沙百战穿金甲》获第十六届精神文明建设“五个一工程奖”优秀美术作品奖并在文化报道网报道；同年3月，中誉国际当代名师名家俱乐部工作委员会授予“中国名师名家工作研究室—雄安新区主理人道金平”铜牌挂牌；同月，受邀参加莱索托王国建立200周年、莱索托中国复交30周年、莱索托纪念莫舒文化日文化艺术展 ；同年6月应邀参加《辉煌澳门·艺境共融》庆祝澳门回归二十五周年书画艺术展；同年7月，受邀参加中国—马来西亚建交50周年书画交流展；同年7月，《中国军转民杂志》授予“助力军民融合发展优秀艺术家”称号；同年7月，参加在北京国家体育场举办的“美育中国文体嘉年华总展演”，被中国关心下一代工作委员会教育中心授予金奖暨“中法建交六十周年——继往开来·甲子情深”当代名家书画作品邀请展中被美育中国奥运文体嘉年华组委会评为“百杰书画家”；同年8月，受邀参加首届山西丝路国际文化艺术家节书画展览；同年9月，作品受邀参加“中欧艺术对话—中国艺术特展”，并在德国杜塞尔多夫展出；同年10月，作品《五色交辉》获全球艺术联盟“艺术与和平—首届国际艺术名家网络双年展”优秀作品奖；同年11月，作品《五星出东方》入选国宝档案；同月，获首届国粹文化金马奖，高端人物报道网报道；全球华人企业家联盟特邀担任副秘书长；同年12月，受中国军转民杂志社聘请担任《中国军转民》杂志社文化艺术编辑委员会副会长；央广国际文化交流委员会、中国文化品牌发展中心授予2024年度艺术十大领军人物奖牌；同年12月，中国商业股份制企业联合会艺术专业委员会授予“一带一路”国际影响力艺术家，为推动中外文化艺术交流做出了贡献。
Dao Jinping, born in September 1966. Graduated from the Chinese painting major of the Fine Department of Northwest Normal University. Studied in the graduate course of the Chinese Art Research Institute and the Guo Yizong Flower-and-Bird Art Studio of the Tropical Rainforest Art Research Institute. Proficient in calligraphy and flower-and-bird painting. Member of the second, third, and fifth sessions of the Qingyang Committee of the Gansu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. Currently employed at the Huan County Library in Qingyang City, Gans Province, with the title of Associate Researcher. He is currently: Deputy Director of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute, Consultant of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles Calligraphy and Painting Art Exchange Center, Art Researcher of the China Oriental Culture Research Association, Member of the China Traditional Culture Promotion Association, Art of the Central Media Culture Organizing Committee, Cultural Image Exchange Ambassador of China Central Radio and Television, First Deputy Secretary-General of the International Exchange Committee of the China Service Association, Deputy Director of the Central Art Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Academy, Deputy Secretary-General of the New Art Group Calligraphy and Painting Artists Work Committee of the Chinaigraphers and Painters Association, Member of the China couplets Society, National Senior Artistic Title Holder, Member of the Gansu Province Federation of Literary and Circles Fine Arts Association, and Member of the Chinese Painting Art Committee. He has been engaged in education and participated in the survey, protection, and research of theuan County Daoqing Pihuang Opera for many years. He participated in the editing and publication of works such as the "Huan County Daoqing Pihuang Annals" and the "Huan County Daoqing Pihuang Opera" picture book. More than 200 of his calligraphy and painting works have published and exhibited in international and domestic media and core journals such as "Chinese Talent", "Motherland", "Cultural Monthly", "Reader", "Rongbaoai", "China-US Times", "Time", "Pravda", "Global Network", "China Network", "Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange", " Knowledge Pictorial", "Global Business Classic", and the "Chinese Art Celebrity Overseas Media Exhibition" project. He has published several personal works collections such as " Generation of Masters" and "Art Without Limits". His works have been collected by the embassies of Albania, Mali, Guinea, Morocco, the Netherlands, Cameroon and other countries in China.
