近日，非洲天际线的高度随着埃及阿拉曼新城超高综合体项目全面封顶而刷新，其中最核心建筑标志塔成为非洲最高全钢筋混凝土住宅。据了解，该项目建设施工使用的设备中，85%以上来自长沙企业中联重科。
Recently,theAfricanskylinehasbeenraisedwiththecompletecappingoftheultra-highcomplexprojectofNewAlameinCityinEgypt.Asthecorelandmarkoftheproject,theiconictowerbecomesthetallestall-steelreinforcedconcreteresidentialbuildinginAfrica.Morethan85%oftheequipmentusedintheproject'sconstructionaresuppliedbyZoomlion,aChangsha-basedenterprise.
阿拉曼新城位于埃及北部地中海沿岸，距亚历山大100公里，是埃及政府“2030愿景”规划中的重要战略城市之一，未来将作为埃及的“夏都”。阿拉曼新城超高综合体项目是阿拉曼新城建设的起点与中心，是中埃共建“一带一路”的重点工程，工程包括设计和建造4栋超高层住宅楼和1栋标志塔，其中标志塔建成后高度约300米，将成为非洲最高的全钢筋混凝土超高层住宅楼，并跻身全球最高的十栋住宅楼行列。
NewAlameinCityislocatedonEgypt'sMediterraneannortherncoast,atadistanceof100kilometersfromAlexandria.It’soneoftheimportantstrategiccitiesintheEgypt'sVision2030plan,servingasEgypt's"SummerCapital"inthefuture.TheprojectismarkedasthestartandcenteroftheconstructionofNewAlameinCity,aswellasthekeyprojectundertheBeltandRoadInitiativebetweenChinaandEgypt.Itincludes4ultra-highresidentialbuildingsand1iconictower.Afteritscompletion,thetowerwillreachapproximately300metershigh,becomingthehighestall-steelreinforcedconcreteultra-highresidentialbuildinginAfricaandoneofthetoptenhighestresidentialbuildingsintheworld.
