葡萄柚含有丰富的营养成分，是集预防疾病及保健与美容于一身的水果。其果肉柔嫩，多汁爽口，略有香气，味偏酸、带苦味及麻舌味。其果汁略有苦味，但口感舒适，全世界的葡萄柚约有一半被加工成果汁。

葡萄柚中含有宝贵的天然维生素P和丰富的维生素C以及可溶性纤维素。
维生素P可以增强皮肤及毛孔的功能，有利于皮肤保健和美容。
维生素C可参与人体胶原蛋白合成，促进抗体的生成，以增强肌体的解毒功能。
葡萄柚是少有的富含钾而几乎不含钠的水果。因此，是高血压、心脏病及肾脏病患者的最佳食疗水果。
葡萄柚中含有丰富的果胶成分，可降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的含量，减轻动脉血管壁的损伤，维护血管功能，预防心脏病。
葡萄柚还含有天然叶酸。叶酸不但对早期妊娠非常重要，在整个怀孕期也同样必不可少，因此，葡萄柚也是孕期妇女首选的水果。

步骤
绿茶冷泡。
先用温水将绿茶茶叶清洗一遍，也可以稍稍泡一会。
再放入茶壶中注入凉开水，常温下或冰箱里冷藏2小时左右。
温水先清洗或泡一遍，一是许多茶叶生产制作过程中比较依赖手工经验，难免会微生物超标，为了更加放心使用；二是温水能唤醒茶叶，还能滤掉极易溶于水的咖啡因和比较糙的化学物质，更利于茶叶释放出精华物质。
待茶叶完全舒展开来，茶水变成淡绿色即可饮用。
葡萄柚表皮先用盐搓洗干净，去除残留。
将葡萄柚切片、切块，总之切成你想要达到的形状。
葡萄柚可去皮，但是不去皮更有味道，饮品会带有水果的芳香。
葡萄柚的皮有一定的苦味，不能接受苦味的可以去皮只取肉使用。
在瓶子或杯子里倒入适量的蜂蜜。

好啦，我们来算笔账，看看笋笋一共花了多少钱。
笋笋用的是100元一斤的绿茶，最普通的品种；配方用了5g花了1元钱。
十元钱2个的葡萄柚，平均一个5元钱。
笋笋买了一包7.5元的话梅，里面有差不多30颗；用了3颗就算0.8元。
其他的蜂蜜、清水、盐，这些都是家里常见的，如果没有蜂蜜换成白糖水也是可以的。
薄荷没有也没关系，本来就是笋笋额外添加用来增加口感的。
这样算下来我们花了多少钱呢？
算上好看的包装，姑且就算9块钱吧。

小贴士
1、绿茶先用温水先清洗或泡一遍，一是许多茶叶生产制作过程中比较依赖手工经验，难免会微生物超标，为了更加放心使用。二是温水能唤醒茶叶，还能滤掉极易溶于水的咖啡因和比较糙的化学物质，更利于茶叶释放出精华物质。
2、葡萄柚可去皮，但是不去皮更有味道，饮品会带有水果的芳香。葡萄柚的皮有一定的苦味，不能接受苦味的可以去皮只取肉使用。
3、梅子可用话梅、青梅，或市面上能够买到的类似话梅的成品。
4、脾胃虚弱、手脚容易冰冷的人不适合喝绿茶，可换为红茶。
5、对于体质虚寒、血压低的人群不建议食用葡萄柚绿茶。另外尿毒症、肾病患者不建议饮用。
6、怀孕们多吃葡萄柚虽有好处，但是还是要少喝茶，可直接用凉开水制作，口感也很不错。
