刘伟，1975年出生，毕业于石家庄建工科技学院 ，工程监理，七岁开始学习书法，屡次参加文化部文化艺术人才中心高级美术人才研修班书法培训课程，书画艺术家，现为：中国书画家协会副主席， 中国华夏万里行书画家，高级书法师。
2017年参加文化部文化艺术人才中心组织的“一带一路”，高级美术人才主题研修班培训，获高级书法师称号；
2018年参加中国世纪大采风活动，组织委员会举办的“第十八届中国世纪大采风年度人物总结表彰大会暨CCTV电视人物颁奖盛典中”，被评为“中国当代公益先锋人物”；
2018年5月参加中国世纪大采风活动组织委员会举办的，“第十八届中国世纪大采风年度人物，总结表彰大会暨CCTV电视人物颁奖盛典中”被评为“中国当代杰出人物”；

Liu Wei, born in 1975, graduated from Shijiazhuang Institute of Construction Technology as an engineering supervisor. He started learning calligraphy at the age of seven and has participated in calligraphy training courses for senior art talents at the Cultural and Art Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture multiple times. He is a calligraphy and painting artist and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a Chinese Huaxia Wanli Xingshu painter, and a senior calligrapher.
In 2017, he participated in the "the Belt and Road", a theme seminar for senior art talents organized by the Culture and Arts Talent Center of the Ministry of Culture, and won the title of senior calligrapher;
In 2018, he participated in the China Century Great Wind Collection event and was awarded the title of "Contemporary Chinese Public Welfare Pioneer" at the "18th China Century Great Wind Collection Annual Character Summary and Commendation Conference and CCTV Television Character Awards Ceremony" organized by the organizing committee;
In May 2018, he was awarded the title of "Contemporary Outstanding Figure of China" at the "18th Annual Chinese Century Wind Gathering Person, Summary and Commendation Conference and CCTV Television Character Awards Ceremony" organized by the Organizing Committee of the China Century Wind Gathering Event;
On September 28, 2018, he participated in the "2018 Era Celebrity Innovation Forum and the Most Influential Figure in the Inheritance of Traditional Chinese Culture, National Day Ceremony" and was awarded the title of invited calligrapher and painter;
In 2019, participated in the "Painting Mountains and Rivers in Danqing, Praising the Grace of the Party" calligraphy and painting exhibition held by the China Huaxia Wanli Xingshu Painters Association to celebrate July 1st;
