根据支持页面，Funimation用户将自动在Crunchyroll上创建一个帐户。 据说根据支付平台、订阅的种类、生活的地区不同账户的等级也不同，但是Funimation的支持页面上没有详细记载“Crunchyroll的账户中现有的Funimation用户每月必须支付多少钱”金额，好像需要在发送给各用户的邮件上确认。

海外媒体The Verge的撰稿人艾玛·罗斯（Emma Ross）此前曾加入“Funimation Premium Plus”每月5.99美元的套餐，但报告称，通过此次服务整合，将转移到每月9.99美元的“Mega Fan” 套餐，价格将上涨。

看来，Emma并不是唯一一个因为过渡到Crunchyroll而被迫涨价的人，可以确认X（前身为Twitter）上的多个用户正面临涨价。 一位用户在Funimation上订阅了54.95美元的年度套餐，但在Crunchyroll上，他将被迫订阅了99.99美元的年度套餐。

一些用户指出，向Crunchyroll过渡带来的涨价太高了。
