Every spring, going to Taizi Bay to see the tulips has become an old tradition for the people of Hangzhou.
西湖风景名胜区凤凰山管理处的工作人员表示，太子湾公园郁金香目前的开花率是6%左右，“神秘长安”“德马克”“阿尔加夫”和“红色微笑”等早花品种已经露出花苞，并逐渐露色，3月初会陆续开放，3月中下旬郁金香和樱花会一同盛开，是最佳观赏期。
According to staff from the Phoenix Mountain Management Office of the West Lake Scenic Area, the current bloom rate of tulips in Taizi Bay Park is about 6%. Early-blooming varieties such as "Mysterious Chang'an", "Demark", "Algarve", and "Red Smile" have started to show their buds and are gradually revealing their colors. They will begin to open in early March, and by mid to late March, the tulips and cherry blossoms will bloom together, marking the best time to visit.
