Stop squandering your health

五十岁以后,保持身体健康,不仅是对自己好,更是对家人负责。

After the age of fifty, maintaining good health is not only beneficial for oneself, but also responsible for one's family.

正如土壤要长出粮食,仅仅依靠双手是不够的,还需要引干净的水去灌溉,用肥沃的泥来增加养分。

Just as soil needs to grow food, relying solely on hands is not enough. It also requires clean water to irrigate and fertile mud to increase nutrients.

只顾埋头苦干,将水分抽干,养分耗干,最后非但不能收获,反而使土地变得贫瘠,最终得不偿失。

身体便是生长的土壤,健康则是最好的养分。

早睡早起,适度运动;一日三餐,定时定量。保持良好的生活习惯,健康地活着比什么都重要。

Early to bed and early to rise, moderate exercise; Three meals a day, timed and quantified. Maintaining good lifestyle habits and living a healthy life is more important than anything else.

记住,唯有储精蓄锐,才能满载而归。
