Zhengzhou, Henan Province, has introduced the Implementation Measures for the Zhengzhou Foreign Talent Training Program, aiming to attract and develop international talent while fostering cross-cultural exchange.

Program Structure

The training program consists of four key components:

1.Specialized Training – The program offers a series of targeted courses covering Chinese language, legal regulations, entrepreneurship, and business management. Renowned experts from China and abroad will be invited to deliver lectures, equipping foreign talent with essential knowledge, cutting-edge insights, and practical skills.

These visits aim to provide a deeper understanding of the city's economic and social development while encouraging foreign talent to contribute ideas for Zhengzhou’s goal of becoming a national central city..

2.实地考察——参与者将有机会参观郑州市的顶尖研究机构、高科技企业、孵化器和创新中心。这些考察活动旨在帮助外国人才深入了解郑州市的经济社会发展,并鼓励他们为郑州市建设国家中心城市的目标贡献智慧。

3.Project Research – The initiative encourages foreign talent to participate in or lead research projects, fostering close collaboration with Chinese teams to tackle technical challenges. The program also seeks to promote the global application of research outcomes.
