Announcement on Providing Special Visa Convenience for Foreign Business Personnel Coming to Ningxia
关于为来宁外国商务人员提供专项签证便利的公告
In order to further facilitate the exchange of personnel between China and foreign countries, make it easier for foreign business people to engage in business activities in Ningxia, and better serve the region’s high-quality development and high-level opening-up, the Foreign Affairs Office of the Ningxia Autonomous Region Party Committee will, starting immediately, offer special visa services for foreign business personnel to come to China for short-term visits.
为进一步便利中外人员往来，方便外国商务人员在宁夏开展商务活动，更好地服务宁夏地区高质量发展和高水平开放，宁夏回族自治区党委外事办公室将从即日起，为来华短期访问的外国商务人员提供专项签证服务。
1.Target Audience

The foreign business personnel referred to in this announcement mainly refers to individuals who "frequently come to Ningxia for business and trade activities, and play a positive role in Ningxia’s foreign economic and trade cooperation, as well as their spouses and children." The inviting entities include state-owned, private, and foreign-funded enterprises, among other market entities.
本公告所指的外国商务人员主要是指“经常来宁夏从事商务贸易活动，并在宁夏对外经济贸易合作中发挥积极作用的人员，以及其配偶和子女”。邀请单位包括国有企业、民营企业、外资企业等各类市场主体。

Eligible foreign business personnel can apply for a 5-year multiple-entry visa with a stay period of 180 days per entry, based on the “Special Visa Invitation Letter,” at Chinese embassies or consulates abroad.
符合条件的外国商务人员可根据“专项签证邀请函”，在中国驻外使领馆申请5年多次入境签证，每次入境停留期为180天。
