在英语中，“也”分语境，
即肯定句中的“也”和否定句中的“也”用法不一样

same的意思是“同样的”，所以same here和same to you都可以表示“我也一样”。
例句
- I was late for the meeting today.

so am I和so do I是比较正式的表达，都是“我也是”的意思，在国外十分常见。
- I like pork. 我喜欢猪肉。

ditto 同样，也一样
常用于赞同上一个人的看法，也可以翻译为“我也是这么想的”。

either 也(否定句中);两者择一。通常用于否定句之中(表示认同)。
neither 两者都不;两个都不;既不…也不等。也用在否定句中(表示认同)。
释义：
used after negative phrases to state，that a feeling or situation is similar to one ，already mentioned
either是一个词性多样的词，作副词时有“也”的意思，又因为either表示否定，所以一个整句中的either要翻译为“也不……”。
例句：
- To be honest,I do not like eating sweet potatoes.
说实话，我不喜欢吃红薯。
- Me either.
我也不喜欢吃。
