The building, designed by BKSK Architects, is currently one of the most sustainable apartment buildings in New York City. Alyssa Kapito designed one of the houses to give it a unique inner soul. She tries to create a new standard of living that focuses on the environment and health, and instead of intuitively expressing the concept of environmental protection as "green", she redefines the eco-friendly house with French oak flooring,ic furniture and customized kitchens.
