看到这个词，我就想到了英文里有一个单词与"接踵"二字在音和义都有一些相似之处。
这个词就是 jostle /'dʒɒsl/。
词义：
jostle 旧时的写法为 justle，词根与 junct, join, jug 同源，表示"连接" ，17世纪开始有了"争夺最佳位置或地点"的词义。
