鲍进，1967年生于贵州省善定县，后随父母迁至平坝县白云镇茂柏林居住。从小喜爱书法，在学习中参加校里书法活动，每次均获奖。1982年高中毕业后，在家务农。农闲时进城买些历代名家书法作品来学习、研究，同时也博览现在各家好的书法作品，取之精华，加以自己的书法风格，创造出有自己风格的书法艺术作品。家乡有各种活动，逢年过节，被人们请上门书写各种对联、贺词。平时也被人们找写碑文、挂匾、美术字广告牌、标语、雕纂刻章。由于在书法上的学习、努力、研究、创新和发展。2012年以来，全国及全球书画大赛，每次喜获一等奖、金奖。作品在北京、香港、深圳、印尼、泰国、日本、台湾、韩国等国家和地区展出。也被多家企业单位和个人收藏。2016年2017年被评为十大艺术家和评为中国书画杰出人才。2019年人民日报全媒体网站进行学术报道。2022年人民日报袭古创今栏目组采访并在视频报道。
Bao Jin was born in 1967 in Shanding County, Guizhou Province, and later moved with his parents to Maobailin, Baiyun Town, Pingba County. I have loved calligraphy since I was young and have participated in calligraphy activities at school, winning awards every time. After graduating from high school in 1982, I started farming at home. During the leisure time, I went to the city to buy some calligraphy works of famous artists in the past dynasties to study and study. At the same time, I also exhibited the good calligraphy works of various current schools. I took the essence and added my own calligraphy style to create calligraphy works of my own style. There are various activities in my hometown, and during festivals, I am invited to write various couplets and congratulatory messages at my doorstep. Usually, people also seek to write inscriptions, hang plaques, art word billboards, slogans, and carve seals. Due to the study, effort, research, innovation, and development in calligraphy. Since 2012, we have won first prizes and gold medals in national and global calligraphy and painting competitions. The works have been exhibited in countries and regions such as Beijing, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. It has also been collected by multiple corporate units and individuals. In 2016 and 2017, he was named one of the top ten artists and recognized as an outstanding talent in Chinese calligraphy and painting.
