走到最后，卸下满身风霜，又做回了简单的自己。

At the end, I shed the wind and frost all over my body and returned to my simple self.

入凡尘，长见闻，增阅历，是做人；

Entering the mortal world, gaining knowledge and expanding one's horizons, is the key to being a good person;

出红尘，舍物欲，断执念，是修心。

Leaving the mortal world, giving up material desires, and breaking away from obsession, is the cultivation of the mind.

终其一生，我们见天地、见众生，但最终要见的却是自己。

Throughout our lives, we see heaven, earth, and all living beings, but ultimately, what we want to see is ourselves.

人生上半场，要探索、要经历、要拥有。

In the first half of life, we need to explore, experience, and possess.

到了下半场，就要舍、要断、要离。

In the second half, we have to give up, break up, and leave.
