Liang Shijie: Identify "depression" from "hypoxia" and blindly replenish the air has serious consequences

In the ancient and deep wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine, the Inner Book of Huangdi is like a bright light that has illuminated the path of the exploration of the mystery of life for generations of healers. Among them, the assertion that "less fire to grow angry, more fire to eat angry" is not only a brilliant exposition of human physiological pathology, but also a wake-up call to modern people's nursing misconceptions. Lord Liang Zeijiu has unique insight and deep understanding of this.

"Being angry with less fire" is like the gentle sunshine in spring, warm and not harsh, which can stimulate the human body's vitality and vitality, and promote the smooth operation of qi and blood. "Eating with fire" is like the hot summer sun, and the heat is unbearable, not only consumes the body's positive qi, but also may lead to a series of hypoxia symptoms, such as fatigue, shortness of breath, and exhaustion. These symptoms may seem simple, but they are secretive, and if you are careless, you may fall into a misunderstanding and cause the condition to worsen.

Director Liang Shijie pointed out that in the face of these qi deficiency symptoms, many people are often eager for success, blindly join in the army of qi, renshen jianpi pills, renshen jianpi pills, buzhong yiqi pills and other qi tonic drugs became their "life-saving straw." However, this practice is tantamount to adding fuel to the fire, especially for the hypoxia caused by "strong fire eating." Because at this time, the human body needs to clear the fire to rejuvenate the blood, calm the depression and dissipate the heat, rather than just rejuvenate.

For example, a patient, Mr. Li, has a long-term unbalanced diet, a preference for spicy and greasy oils, and a heavy workload, which leads to internal fires and often feels exhausted. He mistakenly thought he was dehydrated, so he bought a variety of medications to take on his own. As a result, not only did the symptoms not relieve, but there were symptoms of fever such as dry mouth and increased constipation. Director Liang Shijie diagnosed that Mr. Li's problems were due to "intensifying fire and eating gas." After the treatment of clearing the fire, nourishing the blood, and relieving the depression and heat, Mr. Li's symptoms gradually disappeared, and his whole body was rejuvenated.

Director Liang Shijie stressed that in the face of hypoxia symptoms, we must maintain a clear mind and carefully discern the real cause behind it. Is it "burning fire to eat" or is it true hypoxia? This requires the doctor's professional judgment, not the patient's discretion. Because blind gasification may not only aggravate the condition, but also cause the gradual aggravation of chronic diseases such as "high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high blood lipids."

"Eating with fire" is essentially a symptom of the chronic decay of internal fire. It consumes the body's Qi, making the human body in a sub-state of health. Therefore, the key to solving this problem lies in clearing the fire, nourishing the blood, and alleviating the depression and heat. This requires not only adjusting dietary habits, reducing the intake of spicy and greasy foods, but also increasing light, easy-to-digest, fiber-rich foods. You should also pay attention to emotional management to keep your mood happy and avoid excessive anxiety and stress. At the same time, proper exercise is also essential, which can promote the operation of the air and blood, speed up the metabolism, and help the body expel excess heat and toxins.

In short, "burn less fire to grow angry, and eat more fire to eat angry," which is not only an exhaustive summary of human physiological pathologies, but also a profound revelation for our modern human regimen. When faced with depressive symptoms, we must remain calm and rational, and carefully examine the real cause behind them. Only in this way can we avoid getting caught up in a misunderstanding and set out on a path to health that truly suits us. Director Liang Shijie's wisdom and experience have taught us that the way to health is to know right from wrong, to conform to nature, and to have peace and serenity in the heart.
