accuse与charge这两个动词均有“指控、谴责”之意。
1.accuse ：普通用词，正式或非正式场合，私人或法律上均可用。被指控的情节可轻可重。常与of连用。这个词在表示“控告”时与charge有一定的重合，但是，它还有另一个含义：指责谴责。accuse即指控告某人犯了某一罪行或指责某人做了坏事，常可与介词 of 连用。
