而合同中经常出现的形式为1. accrued,翻译为应计,如accrued interest应计利息/待付利息;2. accrue from ,翻译为“产生/产生于”。
具体到我们合同翻译而言,该词与"利息"息息相关,因此经常出现在facility agreement、loan agreement、investment agreement等协议中的interest条款中。
