人是叫不醒的，只能痛醒
People cannot wake up, they can only wake up in pain
生活当中很多道理，都是自己在亲身经历之后，才能幡然醒悟的。
Many truths in life can only be awakened after experiencing them firsthand.
作家陈忠实曾在《蓝袍先生》中写道：“人生的许多道理，要亲身经历之后，才能自然地醒悟；没有亲身经历的时光，别人再说，总觉得蒙着一层纸。”

能说服一个人的，从来不是道理，而是南墙；能点醒一个人的，从来不是说教，而是磨难。
What can persuade someone is never reason, but the southern wall; What can awaken a person is never preaching, but hardships.
可是依旧有太多的人，三番两次，一而再再而三在同个地方摔倒，也不见得会反省自己，审视自我。
But there are still too many people who repeatedly fall in the same place, without necessarily reflecting on themselves or examining themselves.
人的一生会经历很多事，但是，经历未必能够转化成一些良好的习惯，一些可贵的经验，一些高级的智慧。
A person's life will experience many things, but these experiences may not necessarily translate into good habits, valuable experiences, or advanced wisdom.
弱者之所以是弱者，是因为他们从来不知反思总结，珍惜时光，提高认知，善待自我。
The reason why the weak are weak is because they never know how to reflect and summarize, cherish time, improve cognition, and treat themselves well.
所以才会在一些错误的选择和思想里，不断把自己推向人生的深渊。
So that's why I keep pushing myself into the abyss of life through some wrong choices and thoughts.
正如北宋名相寇准传世奇文《六悔铭》：
Just like the famous Northern Song Dynasty statesman Kou Zhun's legendary essay "Six Regrets Inscription":
官行私曲，失时悔。富不俭用，贫时悔。艺不少学，过时悔。见事不学，用时悔。醉发狂言，醒时悔。安不将息，病时悔。
Official private music, regrets when lost. Rich without frugality, regret when poor. Learning a lot of art is outdated and regretful. Don't learn when you see things, regret when you use time. Drunk with wild words, regretting when awake. Resting peacefully, regretting when sick.
不能自醒的人，只能在经历痛苦后被迫改变。
People who cannot awaken themselves can only be forced to change after experiencing pain.
只有不断经历、不断思考、不断成长，我们的生活才有更大的希望和更多的阳光。
Only by constantly experiencing, constantly thinking, and constantly growing, can our lives have greater hope and more sunshine.
