张璐，现任中国人民外交学会副秘书长，曾担任多位党和国家领导人的首席翻译。
公开资料显示，张璐出生于1977年，是外交学院国际法系1996级学生，曾在伦敦一所大学学习外交学专业，获硕士学位。
2010年3月，33岁的张璐首次亮相全国两会总理记者会。
张璐曾在两会记者会上流利翻译《离骚》名句，“亦余心之所善兮，虽九死其犹未悔”，而一战成名，走红网络。
当时，总理用：“亦余心之所善兮，虽九死其犹未悔”来表达自己对工作和祖国的热爱，张璐短暂思考后，将这句话翻译为：
“For the ideal that I hold dear to my heart, I will not regret a thousand depth to die.”
“我遵从我内心的想法，即使要死千万次我也不会后悔。”
在极短的时间内，张璐精准把握中西方文化的差别，并巧妙地用“a thousand depth to die”来表达“九死”，准确又传神地表达了原文内涵，令人拍案叫绝，被公认为“口译典范”。
