将成交房源各总价段拆分后我们看出:
各总价段成交最多的是200万以下,占比总成交约32.78%
成交第二多的是总价200-300万,占比28.93%
两者相加说明,上海总价300万以下(大多为老破小)的房源,占上海二手房成交约61.71%,超六成。
800-1000万二手成交最少,为2.46%;1000万以上占比3.51%。可见,800万以上二手成交全市占比仅5.97%。
